- Clutter your desk with internet generated resumes of candidates we don’t know and have not interviewed/qualified. Any recruiter with a computer can provided you with that level of candidate.
- Present you with a candidate that has not been provided with information about your position/facility and indicated a level of interest.
- Verify license or perform background checks. It is in the best interest of your facility to perform those duties using your established criteria and procedures.
- Work with any partnering agency that has shown, by either experience or industry reputation, to have business practices that are contrary to our ethical or business philosophies.

Working within the parameters of your HR and internal hiring guidelines, we will only present candidates that meet (or exceed) the experience, education and certification requirements of your institution. Extensive time is invested with each candidate prior to presenting their qualifications for your consideration. To reduce any potential bias, each of the candidate’s references receives a form by email, which is then forwarded to you upon completion, without editing or interpretation by our office. After each interview, we will immediately follow up with the candidate and provide you with the candidate’s impressions from the interview.
